Leading 2 designers, I was responsible for the product creation for a new application for procuring facility services, in order to grow the application portfolio of the Cloud for Real-Estate (C4RE) platform. I have co-ordinated and overseen user-research activities; created a high-level technical product concept and pitched the project idea to senior management in order to receive development approval.

We carried out product research to determine a product vision. End-user interviews were conducted and processed into personas to identify and describe product needs. Business processes were captured and mapped to end-user interactions to establish the application flow and a high level technical concept developed to serve as a basis for further research.
