Focus Groups
Over 20 focus groups across multiple health organisations were held with care teams and department managers to explore the application of the solution in different disease areas.
Interviews
Interviews with over 100 end users such as, physicians, department managers, chief medical officers, CFO´s, care practitioners and pharmacists were conducted in order to understand end user needs and create a comprehensive solution.
Shadowing
Care teams and physicians were shadowed at work in order to understand work processes and guarantee a seamless integration of the solution into existing work flows.
