To launch the Success Factors Best Practice Platform on SAP`s Model Company – preconfigured industry and LOB Solutions, I have led 2 communication designers in the conceptualization and creation of Model Company and the Best Practice Platform. Our goal was to create a customer experience that actively engages – rather then just informs – potential product buyers, across all industries.

Project Description
This was achieved through assessing customer needs online and providing them with instant access to bespoke demos and trials through a product configurator. Opening Model Company to re-sellers and implementation partners, we strived to enable best practice development across the HR domain with the power of modular SAP services.

01. Buyer personas
We identified 3 types of buyer personas within the HR domain. The analysis of their role-based needs provided us insights to meet role-centric product expectations and deliver a bespoke product immersion experience.
02. Positioning & Integration
Mapping the Success Factors product presentation allowed us to identify the right touchpoints for positioning and integrating the Best Practice Platform as interface between Success Factors and the SAP eco-system.
03. Content & Branding
We created marketing assets to promote the Best Practice Platform and Model Company for HR. By introducing SAP´s branding to the product, we have aligned it with other SAP solutions and strengthened SAP`s brand awareness.

Role-based demo instances for a meaningful customer experience
Best Practices provides a personalized demo experience and content tailored to the end-user rather than broadcasting product features. Enabling end-user who act as buyers to immerse into their domain, decreases complexity and removes the burden of having to listen to generic pitches. By informing on industry best practices, the platform creates meaningful interactions and value that no other competitor can provide.
