Establishing core brand values
Qualitative research with leadership and employees has identified three core values that the ICN organization is associated with. These values were quantitatively assessed in order to focus the brand for the outside world.

In a 2-day Design Thinking Workshop, I have facilitated the global leadership team in understanding and then constructing the brand, based on the identified core values from research.
Brand Experience
Next to that, we defined the brand use and experience-to-be, and identified the first touch points with the brand for the creation of brand artifacts and performance KPIs.
